Kendra organised 266th Monthly Baithak Programme at Chandigarh on 16th January 2020 featuring Santoor Maestro Ustad Kirpal Singh accompanied by Ustad Akram Khan on Tabla Kendra organised 267th Monthly Baithak Programme at Chandigarh on 11th February  2020 featuring eminent vocalist Pandit Sameer Bhalerao accompanied by  Sh. Mehmood Khan on Tabla Legendary Sitar Virtuoso Ustad Usmaan Khan was live with Tabla Maestro  Ustad Raffiuddin Sabri at Nakshatra Samman Smaroh  held at New Delhi on 23rd February 2020 and in this prestigious event eminent and distinguished personalities in the field of Music and Dance  Late Pt. Jagdish Mohan, Late Guru Satish Kaushik, Pt. Deepak Chatterjee , Guru Dilip Saha and Pt. Baldev Raj Verma were felicitated with Nakshatra Samman. Pracheen Kala Kendra in collaboration with ICCR  organised a special programme of  Sitar recital by young and talented Soumyajit Pal  under Horizon series at Chandigarh. Kendra organsied a Special two day programme  to mark 150th Birth Anniversary celebrations  of Gandhi ji at Patna. Eminent artists  of repute  like Pt. Ram Prakash (Vocal) , Md. Salim (Flute) , Pt. Vijay Kumar Mishra (Kathak), Pandit Satish Sharma (Vocal) and Smt. Reeta Das (Sarod)  performed in this mega event. A special programme was organized on 8th March 2020  under the series "Legends of Tomorrow " titled "Matri Shakti"  to commemorate International  Women's Day featuring  Vidushi Shrtui Adhikari and Ninad Adhikari ( Santoor Duet) and Guru Kanaka Sudhakar  and Aparajita Sarma (Bharatnatyam Duet) Kendra organised 268th Monthly Baithak Programme at Chandigarh on 11th March 2020 featuring eminent Flute Exponent Ustad Mujtaba Hussain   accompanied by Ustad Raffiuddin Sabri  on Tabla. As precautionary measures and also as per the Govt. directions to take effective steps to prevent further spread of COVID-19, Kendra has postponed all the offline  upcoming events.  Since the outbreak of  COVID-19 , Kendra is organizing  online Webaithaks,Webinars and special events /programmes as informed from time to time on its official Youtube Channel,  Facebook and Twitter page. Kendra has already organized  16 webaithaks and the details are available on the website, " Activities". As a tribute to Legendary Flute Maestro  Pt. Panna Lal Ghosh on his 109th Birth Anniersary, Kendra organised online Youth Flute Festival from  29th July to 31st July 2020 featuring extremely talented and upcoming young flautist of the country namely Shadaj Godkhindi , Hrishikesh Majumder and Rajesh Prasanna. Shri Krishanjanamshtmi was celebrated with a online   bhajan Sandhya by Kumar Bandhus , renowned Vocalist Duo on 12th August 2020.
